We dig to the depth the finished surface actually needs, remove unsuitable soil, set grades that move water away from the house, and compact a stone base in lifts before anything is installed on top of it.

Excavation & Site Preparation — What You're Actually Buying
Excavation and site prep for driveways, patios, walkways, steps and hardscape structures — including cutting out old surfaces, hauling away debris, correcting grades and building the compacted base other trades skip.
How We Build It
We check access and protect the lawn and surrounding surfaces before machines move, excavate to the design depth, verify the subgrade, then build the base in compacted lifts. Grades are checked with instruments, not by eye.
Site Work We Handle
Every scope is written out before work starts, so you know exactly what is included and what is not.
